EuroVox ex5000 pvr NO SOUND but got every channel HELP

Hi all, ive looked on all knon threads and this is my last resort, ive got all channels but no sound ive re-flash ive checked scart (with 3 different ones) and made sure that they are in, ive tried the loop on the back , ive used the phono leads to try and get sound but no use ,can someone plz help ive been on this for days on end,thx

have you tried pressing the language button and selecting other english option.

also make sure that the scart lead is in the TV scart of the box and going to the AV1 scart on the TV

yep i tried both audio setting once i pressed the red button on the remote, still no joy, i heard about j taggin would this sort the problem out?
Also ive got another ex5000 that once you turn it on the lights go round then nothing happens any ideas on this? display blank and no stand by light help plz

try pressing the mute buttons on tv remote and box remote just in case they are buggy

Scart lead

Check your scart lead as its a common fault when losing sound.
