channels gone

I have a eurovox 1000sl and at 12pm my box froze,i recsanned and now all movie and sport channels are scrambled, i still have sky1/2/3 mtv and kidstv..Is this the end?

Also missing in glasgow area. Re-scanned but nothing.
Switched box off at mains for a min and rebooted, all back and working now

i have 3 dreamboxes 4 starview supers numerous other boxes the problem is i can't get sports or movies all the other channels are ok Tipperary area

looks like virmin have won at the moment all boxes are down in bristol area. Rescan only find about 16 channels tv3,tv9 etc lets hope it's not the end of the ride !!!!

SORTED!!!! they just changed the default key just change it back and away you go
