Eurovox EX1100 USB code for Reading area

Hi

I live in Reading area and from yesterday, most of the channels are gone. I have rescanned it using the the symbol rate of 6887 ( it usually works if I do this way), but no channels were found. Is anyone aware of the symbol rate in Reading area?
