Cant get some movie channels any thoughts

have had the eurovox 1100sl for some time now and never really had a problem but have just lost some channels on movies got prems, family, comedy and sci and modern but lost action and drama they are being picked up on the scan though also sky 1 is not there is this the sign that the box is going aaarrrh hope not might have to start paying bearded branson some money

do a factory reset mate then scan again, hopefully that will work
