Channels gone

Since about 9pm last night channels have gone on my 5100PVR. Tried reloading the firmware, factory reset, fast install, deep scan etc and they came back once but then went again after about 15 minutes, even tried uploading a CDF from a couple of months back but no luck. The whole scanning process seems to be taking a lot longer than it used to.

I'm in New Cross (South London) and haven't been sent a new card yet.

Any suggestions?

I've tried to reconnect my old VM box and that didn't kick back into life either. Could it need reactivating after almost a year unplugged? It said 'your service will start shortly' then I got the VM logo but no channels came back.

Just to update my own post.

Tried connecting the VM box again and still no joy, phoned VM who after telling me to try and reboot etc then decided to tell me there is a fault with the signal in my area.

Fingers crossed once they sort that I'll be up and running again.
