trouble installing usb driver need help!!!

hi,

Can anyone help me i am trying to install a usb diver to connect to a eurovox. I have downloaded and installed the driver but when i plugged the usb in it said instalation failed contact the supplier. Now when i plug it in nothining is happening at all.
