eurovox max v problems

was just wondering if anybody could help, i have a eurovox max v 2008 i live in west midlands, telewest area i recieve all channels but a few are crackly, could anybody help?

no splitters i hope try a booster argos or any tv shop should have one cheap will do

thanks, have two spliters on atm so must be them causing the loss off signal
