green lines on usb 1100 faulty box maybe?

only lately my usb 1100 has got a fuzzy picture with green lines all across it is there something wrong with my box or has it got something to do with nagra 3 the box downstairs is fine though so a fink its faulty any help will bw appreciated thanks

try a rescan it may help if it was n3 the channels would come up as scrambled.

tar ill give that a try then it aint n3 cos the box down stairs still works thanks anyway
