eurovox pvr ex 5000 lost ppv channels

Hi all i recently had all ppv channels on eurovox pvr ex5000 until
about 4 week ago when they we freezing so i updated the channels and have now lost them i have done a factory reset and reflashed the box updated the channels, but there are now only 2 ppv channels(ppv and ppv2) i used have 3 channels but these channels are showing as being scrambled and at the mo wwe is on so i know an event is on but my box wont pick them up please help i have all the other channels but not these my symbol rate is 6887 northamptonshire area.

Eurovox EX5000

Virgin has updated their codes and my box can't access any channel - is anyone developing the firmware fix or are they now available ?

if your channels are saying that they are scrambled its possible that the encryption in your area has gone to n3 and no amount codes or firmware update will cure the problem there is no fix.
