Turning off the Voice commentary - Help please!

Hi,
I wondered if anyone could tell me how to turn off the Voice commentary that we have on certain channels.
Its getting quite annoying now.
It took me long enough sorting out my favourites, but this is doing my head in !
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

eurovox is red button..then choose the other option..to what your using.

It only seems to be on certain programs rather than the whole channel.
The program had finished by the time I got your thread, so I'll try it the next time.....Thanks again,

Ya most probably watchin a audio-desc chann...choose another alternative channel..youlle notice that bbc etc are duplicated,a few times.one will work without the nar.Aso make sure you have the latest software on that box,which enables this feature to be disabled.The first release,didnt give you the option to turn the narrator off via the red button on the remote...Bill

I only got my box about a month ago and don't know if there are any updates for it yet?
I just thought that you update it when channels start going down and dissapearing.
Do you know what the latest download is for the Eurovox 5000 pvr ?

latest for this box is v-1.1..this as the red button option.
