No reason, its not taht i need it desperately as i have others that do the same thing. Its just the feeling of repairing it i guess
Yes it has a c14 cap , would it be the single cause of so many differing voltages though?
    the c14 is a 16v 100uf on this

Do you mean 16v 1000uf? Your problem could be the C14 or it could be a diode. But I havent had experience with regards to the 1000SL.

Your voltage readings are way off compared to the board readings you have posted. It would point me to a diode or cap. The standard input circuitry of AC/DC power supplies includes a bridge rectifier, which rectifies the line voltage (typically 50-60 Hz). Which can be affected by a faulty component. But I cannot give you a definitive answer.

Could be something as simple as a dry joint. But I cannot advise you on the best way forward sorry.

Looks like they upped the voltage and lowered the capacitance. Although as its a cut down version maybe it was all that was required. You could change it for a 16V 1000uf if you wish. This will not cause any problems.

I have a euro vox with the same problem, the unit is dead, it was working fine until i pulled the mains and then replugged it, I cant understand why these units were not built with an intake fuse as mentioned on the board,
Is the cap 14 the normal problem !

I have checked the board out and found that there is one cap that has no voltage running throu this is C4, but i cant find where to buy, I have tried maplins / rs etc, it has ic781 does anyone know what this is, or who makes the board, or where can i buy a board !

What voltage/capacitance is marked on it? If its a new box it should still be under warranty.
