Updating channels eurovox ex1000

Hi, i have a eurovox ex1000 and i'm wanting to update to receive the new sky channels that are getting put back on vm. My friend you has the same box and updated it, but the channel list order has reverted back to alphabetical. How do i update the box without losing my channel list order.

You can turn autosort off. Menu - installation - user installation - press yellow button. Turn auto sort OFF. Important that you press EXIT, do not press OK. Then press red button to update channels.

Alternately you can flash your box with Autosort Off Firmware Digital Kaos - Downloads - Max-V, EX5000 PVR and the EX1000 Sl Autosort OFF F as it will default back to on each time.

Instead of the list, sort into bouquets, sports, movies, popular etc goto favourites manager, code 0000, think its red button for sort menu, then green button to sort by type, press ok button then exit back out should be sorted into catergories which can switch between pressing left or right.

Channels Lost

Hi

i Have a Eurovox Ex1000 sl have installed the firmware was working fine but a keep lossing Some channels

Is there anyway to stop this from happnin????
