hi im ne to all this ivegot a digivox xl wen i scan i getall the channels but wen try watchin them it says bad or scrammbled channel help sum1 pls thnx

Have you flashed with the firmware?

You may be in a Nagra3 (VM's new encryption which renders your box useless).

Have you received a new smart card yet?

What area are you in guys on here can then let you know if your area is Nag'd.

could be the part of the country you are in has gone to nagra 3 encryption and there is no fix.
if you post the area you are in maybe someone will tell you for definite.
