Movie puzzler!?

Anyone any ideas with this puzzler?
Every now and then some of my Sky movies scramble and i have to go back to factory default and powerscan (cheers Satsmo, top man)
Anyways, this time sky movies 1&2 plus premier +1 have disapeared altogether they are not even listed anymore on the channel guide?!

Any info gratefully accepted!!

If they have moved frequencies you may have to do another factory reset and rescan. Or have you tried updating your channels first?

If this is happening on a constant basis it could be a signal/cable issue.

Mmmm! I did have a engineer from V**** out `thuther day because i had a broadband problem, he found the wiring wrong in the box outside, reckons that was the issue, maybe thats something to do with it. i`v updated and powerscanned, all i got was the sky channels that are coming back thursday!?
Thanks (again) anyways, i`ll persevere and keep trying.

Also if the channel has gone blank and not moved freqs which does happen at my end allot all you got to do is on the problem channel press info twice, note the freq's then go into menu, user installations and highlight the problem freq's press ok a tick will show then press manual scan and wait for it to update. This will bring back the missing channel/s.
