Is there any such thing as "Chip Cable" after negra 3

Now that negra has kicked in.. what is the alternative is there anybox that will give us freebies..
With the footbal season kicking off soon i would like to watch the footy on my tv not on the PC any ideas?

mate if you want the premiership on your telly....i suggest that if you have a ps3 then you access the internet on it & go to
iraq goals or another streaming site to watch your games.
