Eurovox PVR 5000 direct or splitter

Apologies if asked before but I am looking at buying the fore-mentined box and am wondering if it is best to just plug the Eurovox direct where the Vermin box was or put a spliiter on and feed it of the V box.

I understand that the Eurovox doesn't call back but Im not sure if theres anyway that vermin can detect that the box is there?.

    Thanks for any help.

If you subscribe to a tv package then it's best to split the feed and have the V box connected somewhere else, i.e. bedroom, or even just put the eurovox on top of it. The V box will always want to talk back and the CC might get suspicious if you're paying for a package and not using it.

        Cheers for that guys.

Would you recommend switching the V box on every now and then to look as though you are using it?.

        Thanks again.

If your paying for it use it, as DF said you could have it in another room.
