audio subtitles on sky movies on my eurovox max v

hi i bought a eurovox max v all setup to recieve all channels but on sky movies it has audio subtitles for deaf ppl can anyone help me take it off i have been thru all settings cant find anythink but i dont have a clue about it anyway please help cheers mark

I presume you mean it has audio description for DEAF people... if so you press the red button and select the other option.
