wot is nagra3

i live in the enfield area and have a ex5000pvr channels went down yesterday from wot i can makeout its due to nagra3 can anyone tell me wot this is and can it be fixed? thanks in advance

Nagra3 is a new encryption method that is now being used to encrypt cable boxes in the UK and Ireland. Nagra3 is a much stronger and more secure encryption method than Nagra2 and it cannot be opened by using patches or cracked boxes. Nagra3 is unlikely to be hacked and be opened by patches or keys.

Its the end i''m afraid mate,there's no fix for nagra 3.
