euro-vox 1000 flashing

i bought a week ago a eurovox 1000, after power scan all channels came on.but the next day some channels show this message ( scrambled channel )and if you scan again they come back again.
my question is, is flashing must do job when you buy the first time, or the power scan is enough.

You must flash the box and put the latest firmware on the get all the channels. Once you have done that and done a fast install you shouldn't have to rescan again.

if you have latest software installed, shouldn't happend this.
but now just flash the box and install newest software and in future it will update codes automatically.
