"Codes being updated" do you do a re-scan for channels.

Certain channels that were working before have the above "codes being updated" on the screen, would it be a case of doing a factory default and a re-scan as written on the red sticky at the top of the Eurovox forum, to get these channels back.

if it is an eurovox you need to check which firmware is on it.press menu and go to option with time and tv settings.in there is an option to check what is installed.normally you leave it on a channel saying codes being updated and wait.it should take under 1 min.unless it is an old firmware then you have to update it
