can anyone please help i've posted 1 thread 2day and 1 yesterday but getting no replys trying to download files to get my new ex5000 box up and running but my pc wont open them cos' it don't6 know where they come from please help

What do you mean your pc does not knwo where they came from? Do you mean it does not know how to open them?
if the file is .rar file then you will need to download a copy of winrar to unpack the file(s) into the original file format needed to send to your box..
