eurovox v max losses channels when i scan

Hi to all ive got a eurovox v max with all the latest updates(dident happen before i updated) but each time i rescan i have to keep sorting out the channel, is there is an easy fix or have i missed some thing thanks for any help

You can turn auto sort off. Menu - installation - user installation. Press yellow button - turn auto sort OFF. Press EXIT, DO NOT PRESS OK. Then update channels as normal.

It will turn back to on by default each time. You can also flash with auto sort off firmware which can be found in downloads, this will disable the auto sort feature.

Tryed what you said but can't seem to find auto sort only fav sort turned if off but bloody thing still deleted all channels and had to resort the channels. Thanks any way
