i also have another problem i have living+1 but don't have living and living+1 has commentry for the blind on it can i turn this off

You need to have 1.1A firmware flashed to your EV and the you can use the red button to change audio stream. This will get rid of the commentary.
Regards the channel have you checked all the unnamed channels to see if it is in one of those?I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas Adams
