eurovox ex 5000 pvr (unlock channels)

O.K. Got the box working on my pc.(had to buy a new pc card with composite video connection) did every thing on the red stickies and it worked a treat. Thanks for all the help from the forum members. Just one thing i get all the channels but the adult channels still ask for a pin number. Is this normal

after 10pm the adult channels change freq, you will need to look through all the channels named tvch1 tvch2 etc you will find them there but look after 10pm you will find them with ease

I keep reading about 'red stickies'. What are they?
Where are they?

I got a Eurovox but even my freeview channels are scrambled.
I don't even now where to start.
Unless I get some help A to Z and very detailed.
