i have got the ex5100 it keeps on sayin scrambled channel on all the movies. is there any new software i need to update

There is NO new softw*re or cod*s for these boxes.

You have lost channels due to nagra3. The new secure encryption being used by VM to stop peeps getting tv for free.

You will loose movies,sports & indian channels, slowly followed by the rest and then you will only be able to view free to air channels only.
