hi all i turned my eurovox ex 5000 on this morning and im getting a message saying infomation please wait code being updated its been like this a while now any ideas.

mine to. i only hD mine a few days so new to all this i think they have changed the signal and we need to update or change a code. but again new to this and dont relay know.

Hi I,ve had this trouble before,you need to download the firmware for you,re box then connect to you,re cable box with a null cable. whatever you do don't set you're cable box back to factory settings it'll not work at all I made that mistake and had to buy a new box good luck

The boxes are down all over the country its a case of sit tight and wait for the new firmare to be written many thanks in advance to the guys that write it .

It looks like a case of holding tight for new firmware, but for how long ?. I can't live without football. I have a legit box & another feed for my E.V, & was thinking of getting an extra legit box for approx. ?10 per month extra.Is it worth it ? or will the update happen quite soon ? Also,will i have to keep the extra box for 12 months ?
