ex7000hd scrambled channels

most of my fta channels on my ex7000hd are scrambled, but my sports and movies are all ok. i tried rescanning and also did a factory reset but no change.
would be greatful for any help on how to fix this or is this beginning of the end. im in n.ireland region of vm

yes thats it all that will be left are channels 1-5 plus few others all premium channels will be scrambled and there is no fix.
