Somebody Please help

I have a eurovox pvr5000 and having the same problem as everyone else, i used to be with ntl and am in the nottingham area and I know I have to use a key I have downloaded the key someone posted and have that keymaster decrypt program but camt make head nor tails of it.
i've tried looking through other threads but everyone seems to be talking in a language I dont understand, as you can tell im not the most technical person.
All i want to be able to do is get this key and be shown how to update my box so I can have my channels back, I'll be so gratefull for your anyones help thanks

1. open keymaster
2. find the keys of your provider
3. on your box press menu
4. go into language settings
5. highlight the second one down on the list
6. type 1968
7. press ok
8. go to which ever one ur provider is on the list and enter the 2 keys

when u enter keys of provider is it current provider? so vm?

sorry mate im still having trouble, im on the bit where you have type provider, key and key data. On the provider and key sections I cant put TW as the letters only go up to f and in the key data part I only have space for one key or do I have to put two seperate keys in?

You only need to change the key data so

when your on the key screen (should say nagravision at top)

1. go down to where it says telewest (there should be 2) go to the first one and press ok and change the key data to the new keys then press the blue button.

2. go down to the second telewest, press ok then change the key data to the new key and again press the blue button.

that should work.

mine doesnt say nagravistion at the top it says "key card input mode"
then it says type- IRDETO provider-00, key 00 then key data which is just a series of noughts and then old key new key.
Am I on the wrong part
