have a look here will tell you the provider

i live in lancashire which generally was either Telewest or C&W before bought out by virgin so i tried both provider keys and codes
        Found out it was C&W

there are only a couple just need to know who your provider was

        link to the provider codes

        hope that helps

assuming you have a eurovox and you have downloaded the keymaster from this site

This post from devilfish tells you how to update the Eurovox. I use the menu->yellow text button to get into the Code area on the box and then put in the provider and key codes from the key master. However if you go via the other method ie menu->language etc a lot of keys will pop up including providers. Your provider has to be one of them ...

based on the provider list at the top warrington is EX C&W -> you need to put in 54 01
followed nby the 2 keys from the keymaster. just checked my eurovox , keys from keymaster are still working.
The keys make sure you putt the 00 in the 00 box and the 01 in the 01 box
