Theres 2 areas of Glasgow, 1 is Pure and the other is TW

pure is 5401
TW is 5a01

And dont know if i am NTL, TELEWEST, PURE ETC....

My internet is provided by Virgin... My post code is the HP11 region...

And i have tried both NTL and Telewest... with the codes 54 01 and 5A 01...

PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

High Wycomb is Pure NTL, so use 5401 and the Pure keys from the keymaster.

I tried it and it comes back to the "please wait, code being updated" screen...

Its been on for 5 minutes now, so guessin it hasn't worked : (

Anymore advice on what i should do??? This is driving me INSANE!!!!!!

Another thing aswel.... when i enter these new codes... and they fail to work... when i go back on to re-try they have already changed to completely different ones?? Is this normal??
