N@L BELFAST EURO VOX

Hi can any one help, I have a friend in Belfast with a Euro vox box not working, we have installed the codes from the key master(18/06/08 ) but it is still not working, I remember when we set this up some time ago we also had to change a setting to make it work in Ireland.
or is Ireland still a no go?
