Eurovox EX1000 SL Channel issues

Hi all, i'm new to all this and am finding it a bit daunting!
I have a eurovox EX1000 SL which stopped working suddenly a few days ago.... Can anyone help me... I have read some of the treads here but still dont fully appreciate what it is i need to do.

Please can someone tell me step by step the tool i need and how to hook them up for uploading
