help eurovox needs fixing

ive got eurovox blue i no channels went down. but u shud still get bbc1 2 and others but its total blank screen features still on like whats on tried power scan nothin no avail is me box broke let me no cheers

no i no channels have gone down it needs new firmware but what im sayin is i cant get bbc itv the freeview channels what imsyin is ive got all the on screen fetures like whats on now and next so the box is on blank screen on the channels that shud be workin so i power scanned still cant get bbc1 or freeview channels what shud i do peeps
