No Transponders

Some where a long the line seem to have lost my *.CDF file and deleted any transponders I had. I have followed the instructions in the Eurovox Scanning Sticky but nothing came back. What are the transponders and how can i get them back? any adivice would be appreciated.

i got the same prob mate

i reset my box to the factory setting and now when i scan for channels its says
NO TRANSPONDER TO SCAN

i feel like hitting my box against the wall

menu--instillation--user instillation--then do a power scan and that will refind what you need, first the transponders and then the chanels ok, make sure your leads are all connected first ok

if you have set the box back to factory settings then you will need to re-load the firmware first then do the power scan ok

Does the RF cable need to be plugged in when I dowload the new firmware? and should I use the latest posted, currently using version 1.0 STC4 Apr/28/08
