lost some channels

Hi guys. Downloaded new firmware tonight everything works fine except i appear to have lost a fiew channels i.e. s*y movies premier and s*y sports premier. Any ideas ( i am in the ellesmere Port area )

try a rescan, it may pick up the channels

do a scan, not a power scan just a quick one and it should pick them up no probs.

try a deep scan

i'm on the wirral had same problem i had to scan my box a few times to get channels.
