black screen

hi all still getting no where i flash my vmax blue and all apeares ok
did a power scan
got the channels in the menu all the correct info is showinf on the screen but cant get a PICTURE but the rest of the set up looks good

any idea ?

Have you tried doing a factory reset??? i had to do this myself on an euro redand it worked fine apart from the fav menu had to be done from scratch

flashing blue boxes

Hi I'm new but am having same problem. Recently (2/12/08) flashed blue box - did scan - but can't now show all channels using "TV" on the remote.

Any advice

No you will not have to reload it will just put your box back to the same as when you first got it apart from having the new firmware installed. so do it and enjoy
