Eurovox Max Red firmware sending... 0%

Hey firstly can I say I have flashed my box many times so I know how to do it. I successfully flashed a max v box this morning with the new firmware and that is going ok but when I try to flash my red box I am getting nothing! I press download it just says sending and and doesn't move further than 0%

Has anyone used this firmware successfully? Can anyone help?

The max v software worked for me. I just tried flashing the red one with an other firmware and it won't take that ether. How can my box just bodge up like that? See if you can flash yours with an older firmware.

*update* I got that annoyed I left the box it has been going about 20 mins now but has made it to 33% in my experience these boxes usually take about 2 mins to flash so you can understand why I was hesitant to wait before. I will post again once finished to confirm it went through. It really is strange it's taking so long tho!

Yeah it is flashing dnld (download) Got all the way and said failed. I wasn't too bothered by this cos it usually says that but when I hooked it back up it still had April's firmware installed. Trying again now just gonna leave it as long as it takes and see what happens.

Ok so I did it one more time and it got to the end and failed again. I have now flashed a max blue, max v, 2 ex1000's and a pvr and they are all fine so I have to ask again has anyone got this red firmware working?

ok then it is sorted! Let this be a note to everyone no matter how good your usb adapter might be it is no match for an actual com port! Nuff said.
