eurovox flashing probs

hi guys i am having mega probs with eurovox blue,after flashing i am getting 616e and 616d error my remote cant work my box.please help

this may be a stupid question, but have you pulled the power on your box, Also, remove remote batteries, and reinsert. Sorry, not sure what the codes mean though

after flashing my euro vox blue, it works for about 30mins then locks up,with error message 616e,this was the latest flash,any suggestion?thanks
