Have had my eurovox max (blue) working fine for the past 3 years with updates when needed. Until this lastest update where I flashed it as normal but it comes up with 'service unkown' on the screen after the firmware update & scan but it finds the channels but it still comes up with 'service unkown'. Have re-flashed and still the same 'service unkown' Any idea's? Your help is greatly appreciated............many thanks

I think you will find that you need to download the very latest firmware. look for the red stickies at the top of a forum.
hope this works for you - its no good for me as i got a bloody clone!

Thanks bodaccea however my brain did not engage until a friend reminded me about the system reset which has now worked and kicked the system back in to action. Sorry to hear yours is a clone. There are fixes out there...for some! Anyway thanks again & good luck - Take careComment
