scann but no channels

iwas watching am a celebrity then the box lost all channels not even the bbc channels i did a rescan now cant find any channels at all i have reloaded the software still nothing turned box on off cant figure it out any help would be greatfull
the box super with the latest fw installed
same cable provider
every time i can comes up 0 programs found

what box do you have? obviously your internet is working, but is it same provider?

the box is starview 3 the box super and have in stall the new software

i dont want to sound like VM Cust Servs here but..

disconnect all power
disconnect all leads (scart, cable, ethernet)
power down and restart router

do opposite of above in reverse order.. try a rescan

yep did that m8 still not picking anything up
ill leave it off till tomorrow in case theres a cable error in my area
