    Eurovox - No Signal !!!

Have downloaded the latest software for my Blue box and program confirmed download had been successful. When I plug the Eurovox back into the TV it states 'No Signal' on the screen. I have tried reflashing the box on several occasions and each time it says it's been successful but I still get the 'No Signal' screen. I've checked the box and it is not a clone and so can't understand why it won't work. I've reflashed my Red box without any problems. Any ideas ?

    Thanks

try doing a factory reset on the box to remove all old data, this tends to work with blue box

hi there i flashed my blue box no problems,if your still having problems try reflashing then do powerscan but make sure you have put the symbol rate in either 6.887 or 6.952 depends where you are try 6.887 first.im not sure if there are any other symbol rates.

            Eurovox - No Signal !!

Have checked and the feed is in the right connection. As I can't get a picture I am unable to do a Factory Reset as this is normally done via the Menu options. However, I have read in another thread that there is a 'reset' button within the actual box. If this is true then does anyone know where it is and what it looks like ?

As you can still switch the box on and off and the time is still displayed am I right in thinking that it definitely not 'dead' and there is just a software problem. If so, would a Jtag solve the problem ?

Again, any help provided is appreciated.

Have managed to recover my box by following the advice on doing a Factory Reset by using a cable from the RF connection, tuning TV and then going through the Menu setup. However, my Blue Box doesn't want to work with the new AU software and so I have reverted back to reloading the older software. This obviously means that I'm going to have to update the keys manually each time but at least I've got the box working. Don't understand why the box didn't take to the new software. It is definintely not a clone as it still has the green cones inside and is definitely a blue box as the tuner is nearly 12 fins long on the top of the box. Did think about trying the Red box software but didn't want to in case I knackered the box completely !! Anyway, just wanted to say a big thanks to all those who offer advice and support on this site - fantastic, keep it up !!
