Can sum1 help me? got a eurovox red have followed all the instructions with firmaware put it on box wen i put the box back in scanned it it comes up service unknown i dont know if im doin somethin wrong

Hi loui what you will have to do after loading on the new firmware as you have done then you will have to do a factory reset and hand ball all your channels back into thier fav groups after the scan. this works. I have tried downloading the cdf file but it just makes things worse, so this is the way to go mate long but sure. hope this helps you and anyone else with a eurovox red
