Box flashing

Hi Guys, maybe a bit of a blonde question here... I downloaded the firmware update for the ex5000pvr (darX) but when i open the zip file, there is only the instructions + program to flash. where is the firmware itself?

if it dislays unified flash loader that is the f/ware . will say name of ure box on top
