just flashed my euromax box blue and just gettin grey screen on tv please help

eurovox blue problem
try this go in to menu on box 0000 to get access do a factory reset then disconnect it reflash the box (make sure the box is on stand by) with new firmware the date on the new firmware is 30-11-2008 just making sure you have the right one,reconnect to telly etc go into box menu again then into instalation press yellow button for power scan set symbol rate at 6.887 or 6.952 try 6.887 first ok it then wait you should be ok
