no more ss1 for me???

Hi all, this being my first post. bought a eurovox max v second hand and cant seem to get ss1 or movies any more?
still get 1 to 5 channels and a couple of others.
firmware is 04/2008 will i just need to update this or leave it as it is.

KV uses the internet johnnyp so bypasses (works around) nagra3...not got one myself but read up in the KV section, seems to work well
