Eurovox EX1000 sl Password problem

I recently tryed to change the password on my boxes menu and after i changed it to the password i wanted i tryed to get back in to the menu and the password i selected will not work nor 0000 can anyone help, i suppose reseting the box would work but i have no clue how to do this, HELP NEEDED URGENTLY AS I CANNOT WATCH ANY CHANNELS AT THE MO AS I NEED TO DO A POWERSCAN. HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

try 1004.that worked for a friend of mine.

Mine was factory default 0000
