No sound on eurovox after scan, got lots of channels though

Apologies if this has already been discussed in a earlier post but I have spent
some time in the past couple of days trying to find a solution to this problem on the forum.
Anybody help me get the sound back (definately not muted) did a powerscan
got lots of channels but no sound on any channel (eurovox blue).

Any help greatly appreciated

check scart or put sound up on the remote arrow left/right

It was as simple as that,
I was sure I had checked the scart was seated correctly.
It shows that I should have double checked everything.
