I THOUGHT HE WOULD HAVE BEEN AT MY DOOR TONIGHT! AS I TRYED FIRST TIME TO DOWNLOAD A BOX... WHAT A JOKE! ON THE PHONE, FOR OVER AN HOUR TO FIX THE INTERNET, VM WERE VERY HELPFUL!!! PITY THAT MY BOX IS STILL NOT WORKING...
