flashing problems

when flashing my eurovox blue... i want to save the channel list first... so i plug in my null modem cable... press upload...but it does not recognise my box...just stuck on COM1....

any suggestions???

not entirely sure but i think its to do with your port settings if you have a play around with some words in google like "port settings" and "stuck on com1" etc you will find out what you have to do

I had the same problem yesterday and it was the driver installed on my usb - serial adapter. Are you using a null modem cable straight from box to pc or do you have an adapter?
