PLEASE HELP D/LOADED NEW F/WARE ONTO E/VOX BLUE,GETTING BLUE SCREEN NOW WITH 0001 ON DISPLAY IT IS NOT CLONE BECAUSE I FLASHED IT IN APRIL AND IT WAS OK ,I HAVE ALSO TRIED RELOADING F/WARE BUT TO NO AVAIL ,CAN ANY 1 HELP .

do a factory reset then flash it again do a powerscan but first make sure your symbol rate is set at 6.887 if no good try 6.952.make sure you have the right firmware it will be dated 30-11-2008

cannot access menu to do any of that, can i do this through my pc

fix for 0001 password 1004

i had some prob mine updated in april but not now found its a clone but got it working heres how have you got in on a tv on rf you need to tune tv into eurovox channel than enter password 1004
to get into menu then full reset

CAN U EXPLAIN WAT LEADS I NEED PLEASE M8 I AM QUITE NEW TO THIS AND GO THROUGH THE PROCESS AGAIN THANKS MATE

heres what u do take out the scart lead form ur eurovox and tv

connect a coxial cable from the back of ur eurovox to ur tv (a coxial cable is the one u use to connect ur vcr to ur tv )
ok now u have ur eurovox connected to the tv by coxial cable only have ur eurovox on and not in standby but on

now using ur tv remote scan the channels on ur tv do an automatic scan of channels on ur tv u should get to a screen asking for a code the code using ur eurovox remote now is either 0000 or master code 1004
now u will press menu>goto config>cleardata>clear channels>factory default ?choose corrwect symbol rate

once that is done all u do is take out the coxial cable and now ur scart is back on and working
